The Sidewinder Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) is a high altitude, multi fuel, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) asset. Capitalizing on the capabilities of today’s micro turbine engines, we have produced a class II vehicle capable of high altitudes (25,000 feet +), wide speed ranges, and heavy fuel burning, operating in a low vibration environment for ISR payloads as well as experimentation instruments. With more capability than a standard two-stroke piston engine, the Sidewinder can use various heavy fuels including diesel, kerosene and Jet A. The Sidewinder UAS is controlled by the UAV Solutions Portable Ground Control System integrated with a tracking antenna.

• Open architecture layout for various communication links and payloads
• Autonomous operation with operator guided modes
• Rolling take-off; retractable landing gear with hydraulic brakes
• 80 lb. thrust turbine engine
• Fuel capacity up to 15 gallons (extended tanks will be available)
• Aircraft grade aluminum and carbon fiber construction
• Hard points integrated for external stores
• Field proven avionics with thousands of hours of operation
• Ideal for ISR, experimentation and as a target drone

Intruder

The Intruder Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) is a multiple intelligence gathering platform with larger volume bays, long endurance and higher altitude capabilities. Not only can the Intruder fly heavy payloads but unlike other platforms, provides the volume to house them. This versatile system utilizes intelligence gathering disciplines to collect information via satellite communication (SATCOM), signals intelligence (SIGINT), communications intelligence (COMINT) and imagery intelligence (IMINT). A muffled tractor engine configuration provides the aircraft with greater propulsion efficiency and noise reduction. Composite construction allows for a more aerodynamic design, and removable wing sections allow for easy hangar storage without full disassembly. The Intruder has a retractable landing gear to reduce drag and noise signature during cruise. An agnostic, center-of-gravity mounted payload location accommodates from 75 to 100 lbs. UAV Solutions ground control systems (GCS) – both the Portable GCS and Tactical GCS – can be used to operate the Intruder for remote operations.

• Open architecture layout for payload and communication link flexibility
• Expansive volumes and multiple locations for larger dimension and multi-payload capability
• Field proven avionics with thousands of hours of operation
• 50 HP twin cylinder fuel injected engine
• Low noise signature
• Fuel capacity up to 27 gallons (expandable)
• Rolling take-off; retractable landing gear with hydraulic brakes
• Aircraft grade aluminum and carbon fiber construction
• Hard points integrated for external stores
• Ideal for ISR, multi-int and experimentation

Length: 16’
Wingspan: 30’
MGTOW: 850 lbs.
Endurance: 12 hours max
Payload Capacity: 75-100 lbs.
